Caitlin Davis 

As lead singer, producer and songwriter for the Love Healers band, Rasayana fills many shoes. He was born in the U.S. Virgin Islands and was raised in a musical household – his dad was nationally acclaimed piano player Ottmar Devlugt. He moved to Miami in his teens to pursue his music career. At 19, Rasayana signed his first record deal with a reggae, R&B group named P.O.V. Shortly after, Rasayana started his own production company called  Nateka Sound Technology. Through this company, Rasayana has built his portfolio as a writer, producer and singer/songwriter working with many Grammy award-winning artists such as Damian and Stephen Marley and Wyclef Jean of the Fugees. He has continued to work for the Bob Marley family for the past five years. Now, after being invited by a friend to work on a project to blend reggae and country music, Rasayana lives in Nashville and is the face of the Love Healers band.

 

Rasayana believes in the power of music and its ability to bring people together. He believes in the beauty of nature and all it has to offer. You can find him on a sunny day barefoot in the grass, smiling up at the sun. Or playing with his three children.

 

Rasayana is a vegan and believes that we should only eat the plants that were originally on the earth. He believes that our bodies are computers, and we should give them the right energy to power them. In the future, he hopes to have a podcast where he and fellow band member, Empress Xi, will talk about their food choices and beliefs.

 

Rasayana has never been so excited about a project before. He truly feels that the Love Healers will bring love and joy to a world that desperately needs it. Rasayana wants to help people realize that music can bring greater comfort than anything else. He stands for oneness and awareness and that is what the Love Healers plan to bring to the world.
